Does the colour of Ink come off in the dishwasher?
No, the colour is in the glass itself and not in a coating. Zwiesel Glas colours the foot and the stem right through the material, so the shade stays the same after hundreds of wash cycles as it was on day one.
Which colours does Zwiesel Glas Ink come in?
The range comes in red, blue, purple, emerald green and ochre green. You can mix the colours so guests recognise their own glass, or pick a single shade for a calmer laid table.
How much wine do you pour into a 63.8 cl glass?
About a third, so roughly twenty centilitres. You fill to just under the widest point of the belly, leaving room to swirl and letting the aroma hang above the wine.
Is the Ink champagne glass a flute or a coupe?
Neither exactly. At 40 cl it is roomier than a classic flute but narrower than a coupe, which releases more aroma from mature champagne while still keeping the bubbles.
