Which speed rail length do I need?
Allow roughly nine centimetres per bottle. The 56 cm rail holds six bottles, 81 cm holds eight and 107 cm holds ten. Measure the free space at your bar before you choose, because the channel takes up slightly more width than the bottles.
Can you fit a speed rail at home?
Yes. The rails screw onto the front or the underside of a worktop, a bar cabinet or a sturdy shelf. Make sure the surface can carry the weight of full bottles and check the fixing from time to time.
Why stainless steel and not plastic?
A speed rail sits in the wet zone and catches meltwater, citrus juice and syrup. Stainless steel stands up to all of that, keeps its shape under the weight of ten bottles and wipes clean with warm water.
Do all bottles fit in a speed rail?
Most seventy centilitre and one litre bottles fit without any trouble. Very wide bottles and bottles with a protruding label can take up two slots. Keep that in mind if you fill the rail right up to the last opening.
