Can you put hot water in a Roxy jug?
Warm water is fine, boiling water is not if the jug is cold. Pressed glass has a thick wall, so the inside expands faster than the outside. Let a jug from the fridge come up to room temperature before you pour anything hot into it.
Which size should you choose for water on the table?
The half litre is the usual table size. It is big enough to see a party of two to four through a course and light enough to pour one-handed, even when full.
Are the Roxy jugs suitable for sangria?
Yes, the one-litre jug is the right size for that. The wide opening takes slices of fruit and the spout is generous enough that no pieces get stuck while you pour.
How many jugs are in a pack?
All three sizes are supplied in packs of six. That is a hospitality pack, but the jugs work at home too if you want to serve several tables or one long table without constantly refilling.
