This built-in knock box from Bar Professional is recessed into the worktop next to your espresso machine. Only the rim and rubber knock bar protrude above the surface, making it ideal for bars and coffee shops that want to keep their worktop clear.
Working with a built-in model
With a permanently installed knock box, you can knock out the puck without having to grab anything first: hold the portafilter above it, tap it once against the bar, and the puck drops down. That saves seconds per cup, which add up when there is a queue. You do need a cutout in the worktop, so measure the opening before sawing. Not sure? Compare the knock boxes.
Choosing and keeping it clean
If your worktop is made of solid wood or stainless steel and you can make a hole in it, a built-in model is the most discreet solution. Empty the box at least once per shift and rinse it out; coffee grounds left inside will start to smell rancid. The knock box is part of the bar equipment from Bar Professional.

If you choose a refund to your account, the return costs are equal to the shipping costs for your country: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €8.95 in Belgium and Germany, and €9.99 in Spain, France and Luxembourg.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.
