This stainless steel coffee tamper from Bar Professional has a 57-millimeter flat base for evenly tamping ground coffee in the portafilter. The first, crucial step toward an espresso with an even and full extraction.
Tamping determines the extraction
If the coffee is tamped unevenly or too loosely, the hot water looks for the easiest route through the puck, making your espresso watery on one side and bitter on the other. Heavy steel that is comfortable to use
The stainless steel weight of this tamper does some of the work for you, allowing you to apply sufficient pressure with a calm, short movement without forcing it. We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.
