Stölzle Lausitz tempers the glass for extra impact resistance: dishwasher-safe and made to hospitality-grade standards. This model belongs to Stölzle Lausitz's tumblers. Thanks to its hospitality-grade quality, the set will last for years. Refund to your account
If you choose a refund to your account, the return costs are equal to the shipping costs for your country: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €8.95 in Belgium and Germany, and €9.99 in Spain, France and Luxembourg.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.
