Chill in advance for the best result
Without ice in the glass, the starting temperature is decisive, so place the coupes in the refrigerator beforehand. If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.
