Sourz Red Berry
The bright-red Sourz, with strawberry and raspberry in a single shot. The sweetest of the six, with a sour twist: ice-cold as a shooter, or with tonic and sparkling water for a pink highball.

Red fruit with a sour kick
Sourz Red Berry is a 15% sweet-and-sour liqueur from the Sourz family, the brand that became famous for its green Sour Apple. While that one tastes like apple candy, Red Berry is all about strawberry and raspberry. It's the sweetest of the six flavors: first you taste the sweet fruit, followed by the sour finish Sourz is known for.
It's made for shots or mixing. Tonic or sparkling water is ideal for a refreshing mix, and because Red Berry is naturally red, it immediately adds color to any highball or cranberry cocktail. Think of a sour twist on the Woo Woo or Sex on the Beach.
In short
Strawberry, raspberry and a sour edge
Red fruit
A sweet, candy-like aroma of ripe strawberry, with raspberry in the background.
Sweet, then sour
First comes the juicy red fruit, followed by the sharp acidity that keeps the sweetness in check. Light and refreshing, especially ice-cold.
Short and refreshingly sour
A short finish in which the strawberry and acidity linger briefly. You can barely taste the warmth of the alcohol.
Flavor profile of Sourz Red Berry served ice-cold from the freezer. With tonic, it becomes drier and fresher.
How to drink Sourz Red Berry
Cold is the key word. Store the bottle in the freezer; the sugar keeps it from freezing.
As an ice-cold shooter
Pour 3 cl straight from the freezer into a chilled shot glass and drink it in one go. Red, sweet and sour: the reason Sourz is a fixture at every party.
Shot glasses →Red Berry tonic
50 ml Sourz Red Berry with 150 ml tonic in a highball glass full of ice, with a few raspberries or a lime wedge. The bitterness of the tonic makes the sweet fruit taste drier.
Highball glasses →With sparkling water
40 ml Red Berry, 120 ml sparkling water, and plenty of ice in a tumbler. The lightest way to drink it: pink, refreshing, and not too sweet.
Tumblers →Cranberry, strawberry, and raspberry: cocktails with Red Berry
Red Berry goes well anywhere there is already red fruit. Replace some of the liqueur or syrup to add a sour twist.

Woo Woo
Vodka, peach liqueur, and cranberry juice. With 2 cl of Red Berry instead of some of the peach, it becomes more sour and redder.
Sex on the Beach
Vodka, peach, orange, and cranberry. A splash of Red Berry adds extra strawberry to the red layer.
Cosmopolitan
Lemon vodka, triple sec, lime, and cranberry. A little Red Berry makes it fruitier and a deeper pink.
