Mucho Más
Mucho Más is a Spanish wine brand that combines grapes from different regions, purely based on taste. You mainly know the red Tinto: soft, round and spicy. There are also white, rosé, sparkling, a Gold range and alcohol-free versions. Here you can read what Mucho Más is, which wines are available and what to eat with them.

About alcohol-free wine →Forget the rules of origin, it’s all about taste
Mucho Más means "much more" in Spanish. The brand belongs to Félix Solís, a major Spanish wine company. The idea: the winemakers were given the freedom to set aside the rules of protected wine regions and make a wine they themselves liked best. That is why no recognized region of origin appears on the label; instead, the grapes come from different parts of Spain.
The red Mucho Más Tinto is a blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo from, among other places, Toro, La Mancha and Valdepeñas. It has spent a short time in oak and is soft, round and spicy. The white Blanco is made from Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from Castilla-La Mancha. According to Gall & Gall, Mucho Más is the best-selling wine brand in their stores.
Alongside the regular range, there is Mucho Más Gold: oak-aged Tempranillo that is fuller and richer, as well as a white Gold made from Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo. There is also a sparkling wine made from Viura and Chardonnay, and a range of alcohol-free 0.0 wines. If you have many guests, you can choose a magnum, a 3-liter jeroboam or a bag in box.

White, rosé and bubbles well chilled, red just below room temperature. A bag-in-box or large bottle is handy when you are with a lot of people.
White, rosé and bubbles chilled
Serve Blanco, Rosado and Gold Blanco at 8 to 10 degrees. The Sparkling and Sparkling 0.0 can be served slightly colder, at 6 to 8 degrees. Chill the other 0.0 wines too.
More about wine temperature →Red at 16 to 18 degrees
Drink Tinto at around 16 degrees so it stays juicy and fruity. Gold Tinto can be served closer to 18 degrees. If the bottle is in a warm room, put it in the fridge for about fifteen minutes.
More about wine temperature →Large format for a party
The bag-in-box stays good for a few weeks after opening because no air reaches the wine. A magnum or jeroboam looks festive on the table. Mucho Más Tinto is also an excellent base for sangria.
