Licor 43 Crème Brûlée
The famous French dessert as a liqueur: the vanilla of Licor 43 Original with the creamy sweetness and crunchy caramel notes of crème brûlée, finished with a hint of salted caramel.

A dessert in a bottle
Licor 43 Crème Brûlée is a seductive meeting of the familiar flavor of Licor 43 Original and the creamy sweetness of crème brûlée. The vanilla, which takes center stage in the yellow bottle, is joined by burnt sugar and crunchy caramel notes, with a hint of salted caramel at the end. Like the Original, it is made in Cartagena.
It is a 16% cream liqueur containing milk, making it softer and rounder than the 31% Original. While the Original is often mixed, this variant is primarily a liqueur to drink on its own: neat or with a little ice, as an after-dinner drink. It is also a great choice for coffee and creamy shots.
In brief
Vanilla cream beneath a layer of caramel
Vanilla and caramel
Warm vanilla and burnt sugar, exactly like the aroma of a crème brûlée that has just come out from under the blowtorch.
Creamy and sweet
Creamy and rounded, with vanilla cream and caramel notes. Sweet, but less sharp than the Original because of the cream.
A salty wink
The hint of salted caramel arrives at the end and makes the finish surprisingly fresh.
Flavor profile of Licor 43 Crème Brûlée with a little ice. Neat and chilled, the burnt sugar comes through more strongly.
How to serve Licor 43 Crème Brûlée
Drink it as the bottle itself recommends: neat or with a little ice. And if you like, as a finishing touch on coffee or a dessert.
With a little ice
Pour 40 ml over one ice cube in a small tumbler. The ice cools it without diluting it and brings out the hint of salted caramel.
Glass: tumbler →In coffee
30 ml of Crème Brûlée in a cup of fresh, hot coffee. No sugar needed: the caramel and vanilla do the work. Optionally top with a spoonful of whipped cream.
Irish coffee glasses →Over vanilla ice cream
Pour 30 ml over a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a coupe and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. A quick crème brûlée without a blowtorch.
Coupes →Creamy shots and coffee with Crème Brûlée
Crème Brûlée is at its best in drinks that already taste like dessert: apple pie, coffee with cream, and creamy shots.

Apple pie shot
Licor 43 and apple juice with a cinnamon rim. With Crème Brûlée, it tastes like apple pie with vanilla sauce.
Irish Coffee
Coffee, whiskey, sugar and cream. Replace the sugar with a splash of Crème Brûlée.
White Russian
Vodka and coffee liqueur over ice, with Crème Brûlée instead of cream.
