This black plastic Bar Professional cutting board is designed precisely for that. With a work surface measuring 30 by 20 centimetres and a thickness of 1 centimetre, it fits on virtually any bar counter without taking up extra space. A juice groove runs around the edge to collect released moisture, keeping your workspace dry and preventing citrus juice from running across the bar. The dark colour makes light garnishes and fruit stand out.
Stable work surface, quick cleaning
The plastic is hard enough to prevent your knife from sinking in, while giving just enough to protect the edge of your garnishing knife. You can cut fruit, vegetables, and cocktail garnishes on it without the surface developing deep grooves where residue can collect. After use, simply put the board in the dishwasher: it is fully dishwasher-safe and dries quickly. This makes it easy to keep separate boards for citrus and other ingredients.

If you choose a refund to your account, the return costs are equal to the shipping costs for your country: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €8.95 in Belgium and Germany, and €9.99 in Spain, France and Luxembourg.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.
