Bar Professional Pour Measure Black 35 ml
Bekijk de gehele collectie
Black plastic pour measure with a rubber seal that dispenses 35 milliliters per pour. The rubber ring fits tightly around the bottle neck, preventing air from getting in while the bottle is tilted. For bars that use 3.5 centiliters as their standard shot size.
Consistent measure, less waste
With free pouring, the actual amount served can quickly vary by several milliliters, adding up to half a bottle over a weekend. With a fixed measure of 35 milliliters, you pour the same amount every time, even at the end of a long shift. New colleagues get the hang of it immediately: tilt, wait until the measure is full, pour. This shortens training and makes complaints about weak drinks less common. Other sizes in the same range can be found among the pour measures.
Maintaining the seal
The rubber ring is the part that wears out. Check it regularly: if it is loose or feels hard, the measure will no longer seal properly and liquid will run down the neck. Rinse the measure with warm water at the end of every shift and let it dry before putting it away; otherwise, moisture will remain under the rubber. The plastic and rubber are dishwasher-safe. If you also want to pour by counting, fit some of your bottles with a pourer; it pairs perfectly with a bar mat at your station.
